Ownership, copyright and all other rights to ADDI Medical’s trademark, company, and HOPE App and all documents used and/or provided by ADDI Medical in HOPE App, as but not limited to these general customer conditions, belong to ADDI Medical (or, where applicable, ADDI Medical’s licensor) with exclusive rights. ADDI Medical reserves the exclusive right to use the above materials. Any copying, modification, transfer and/or other use of ADDI Medical’s materials not expressly permitted under the Agreement or ADDI Medical’s instructions from time to time are prohibited. As a User, you acknowledge and agree that unauthorised use of ADDI Medical’s intellectual property rights, in addition to violating the agreement, may be criminal. ADDI Medical reserves the right to take legal action in the event of such unauthorised use of ADDI Medical’s intellectual property rights.
