A modern and articulate reality in the pharmaceutical world, which has been able to maintain intact its traditions of family-owned company. The current company took shape in 1981 with the merger between Valman Pharmaceutical Laboratories, founded in Sesto S. Giovanni da Valeria and Manlio Businelli in the mid-50s, and the Laboratorio Farmacologico Milanese, already settled in Caronno Pertusella in the current headquarters, maintaining the name of the latter.
