Telediagnosis Sp. z o.o. is one of the leaders of teleradiology in Poland and publishes its own data on scale with methodology (https://Telediagnosis.pl/results/). Since 2017, it has performed a total of over 3.2 million radiological descriptions (3 228 982, state at 23.09.2026), including 1,276 833 in CITO mode (urgent studies, description time up to 2 hours). It operates about 60 out of 251 hospital emergency units, i.e. about 24% of SORs in Poland (251 SORs: SOR records in the RPM system, state at 6.10.2026; about 60: self-respect). Among 115 invoicing establishments in January and February 2026, 72% are public (own) services. Integrations: DICOM and HL7; HL7 CDA document transmits the facility to Platform P1. The company entered the KRS on 1 December 2016, operating activity since 2017.
